Sexy Baccarat

Sexy Baccarat is a term applied to various live-dealer studios including ONLIVE that feature a regular baccarat table in a glamorous studio with a glamorous baccarat dealer. The OKGames rules are identical to the rules of baccarat at any other live table on the site.

The name does not alter the game itself, but rather the way the table is set up and displayed.

What Is Sexy Baccarat?

Sexy Baccarat is played exactly the same as regular baccarat, except that the Player and Banker hands are dealt and compared, and players can bet on the hand that is closer to 9 or on a tie.

The actual meaning of the name:

• Studio presentation and set design, different from a normal live baccarat table.
• Dealer styling and on camera appearance.
• No alterations in card values, drawing rules or payouts.

It is not a rule variant name, but a branding convention for several live-dealer studios serving the Asian market that use a glamorous studio setup for their baccarat tables.

The rules of the game are set and do not rely on a player's judgment, making baccarat more appealing for those who would like to learn a table game without having to learn a card-ranking system or a strategy chart first.

Evolution's Speed Baccarat and Lightning Baccarat are both live, operated at their own speed, and have the same Player/Banker/Tie structure, which is explained in the live-casino guide on OKGames. Other baccarat-style tables on the site include PG Soft's Baccarat Deluxe and Pragmatic Play's Baccarat 1.

How Do You Play Sexy Baccarat?

Sexy Baccarat is played the same as baccarat, with the following rules:

1. Before the betting window closes, bet on Player, Banker or Tie.
2. Player and Banker are dealt two-card hands on camera by a live dealer.
3. Point totals are determined by omitting the 10s digit of the total of the two cards.
4. A third card is dealt to either player based on predetermined rules for the two-card sum.
5. The player with the closest hand to 9 wins, with the cards being turned over live.

It is a live-dealer table, meaning that the cards are dealt and revealed by a real dealer on camera, and the betting window, deal and result are not settled immediately as in an RNG-based baccarat table.

Where Can You Play Sexy Baccarat?

Sexy Baccarat is available in ONLIVE's game catalog on OKGames, which also features the studio's Classic Baccarat table – the ONLIVE provider archive on OKGames lists the site's other ONLIVE coverage.

Once you have signed in to your account (or registered and verified your account if you are new), deposit money using a supported payment method in the Philippines, and open the table from the ONLIVE hub or okcards.

If you're new to baccarat, the Player/Banker/Tie logic is explained in more detail in OKGames' baccarat strategy guide.

Payment methods available on OKGames are usually the typical e-wallets and bank transfers that are available on most online platforms in the Philippines; it is best to confirm that your preferred payment method is active on your account before you start playing for real money to avoid problems when you are ready to play for real money.

What Are ONLIVE's Sexy Baccarat Studio Features?

The live tables are streamed from a dedicated studio, and production is typical of the live-dealer market in the region, including multiple camera angles, real-time card reveals and an on-screen betting interface that's layered over the live image.

The interface is identical across desktop and mobile browsers, which means you can switch from one to the other and still be at the same place at the table.

Often a scoreboard or result history will be displayed with the table, so that players can check recent results without having to tally their own.

Additional how-to-play walkthroughs can be found in the guide hub, a complete list of all the providers on the site can be found on the providers page, and current sign-up and deposit offers can be found on the promotions page.

What Are the Best Tips for Playing Sexy Baccarat?

The strategy is the same as with regular baccarat, no matter how the game is presented in the studio:

• Choose Favor Banker with its small long run advantage with the normal commission.
• Play Tie as a side bet as it comes up far less often than Player or Banker.
• Pre-plan a session budget instead of looking for patterns in a random shoe.
• The size of the bet is not affected by the studio presentation — the odds are the same as on any other baccarat table.
• If the table has a live chat, check with the dealer before playing to ensure that the table limits and/or rules are correct.
• A simple running count of hands played is helpful to maintain a planned session length, and not relying on memory alone.
• It's important to compare the outcome of a full session to the original budget, not to any one hand.

If the presentation of the studio and the styling of the dealer are important to you, it is not a bad idea to try out a few different live baccarat games, including ONLIVE's, before you decide to play regularly, as it will not change the odds.

What Mistakes Should You Avoid When Playing Sexy Baccarat?

The most frequent error people make with Sexy Baccarat is thinking that the brand implies that the odds or rules are different from a regular table:

• Thinking that the table name or its appearance means it will pay out or offer a better chance of winning.
• Although it has a higher house edge, Betting Tie is a frequent bet due to its payout.
• Attempting to see streaks or patterns in a shoe that plays each hand separately.
• Ignoring the Banker commission when considering possible payouts.
• Playing both Player and Banker hand without a specific strategy.
• Thinking that a table is unfair after a few losses, as opposed to realizing that fluctuations are to be expected over a small sample of games, even on a fair table.

Is Sexy Baccarat Legit and Safe to Play on OKGames?

Live-dealer tables, such as ONLIVE's, should be operated from certified studios with independently audited systems at okgames.ph.

okgames.ph also offers responsible gaming tools for those who wish to set a budget for their games.

Before making a deposit, players can check the license status of a Philippine-facing operator on PAGCOR.

It only takes a few minutes to verify a platform's licensing information and the responsible-gaming tools that are available, and it's a worthwhile step to take before making your first deposit on any site, not just okgames.ph.
